TRANSPORTATION
Meteorite Hunting Adventures will provide vehicles for entering and exiting the strewnfield/hunting area. Transport to and from the hotel from the airport should be arranged by Uber or rental car. Meteorite Hunting Adventures cannot guarantee specific trips to restaurants for evening meals with our vehicles, so participants should be prepared to take taxis, rent their own vehicles for the trip, and/or make other personal accommodations for personal excursions. Vehicles in the strewnfield/hunting area are intended for transportation around the strewnfield/hunting area.

SECURITY & SAFETY

The desert itself is relatively safe, as it is devoid of most animals and not near borders or known areas of conflict. The terrain is fairly safe.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL AND DIFFICULTY

The Arizona expedition is a relatively easy hunt and will not require heavy equipment. However, participants should be prepared for long walks and we recommend that you condition yourself physically prior to the expedition so you can comfortably walk a few miles. If you are not able to comfortably walk that distance, we strongly recommend renting your own vehicle for transportation. Anyone of Intermediate experience level, new or veteran, can participate in this hunt.
